In this building in Munich, Art Deco clearly emerges in the sleek geometry. Landau + Kindelbacher worked with interlocking rectangles in the floor and ceiling, creating a clear rhythm. A skirting board and panel moulding at two-thirds height and a discreet ceiling accent in SX181 lead the visitor seamlessly through the space. The combination of soft colours and clear lines gives the interior a distinct, yet balanced Art Deco character.
