Orac wins the ESG Ambition Award 2026
The ESG Ambition Award recognizes companies that proactively embed sustainability into their long-term strategy - going beyond regulatory or reporting requirements. It highlights organizations that see ESG not as an obligation, but as a catalyst for innovation, growth, and lasting impact. Through this recognition, the award celebrates businesses that take the lead in shaping a more responsible and forward-looking approach to entrepreneurship.
Our approach starts with sustainable choices that go beyond reporting. That is why we are proud to have received the ESG Ambition Award 2026.
This recognition honours companies that embed sustainability into their strategy and create a real long-term impact. For us, it confirms that we are on the right path: combining ambition with concrete action.

What this recognition means in practice ?
For designers and architects, sustainability is about more than intentions. It is about reliable

Interior architect AurƩlie Penneman knows Art Deco inside out and is precisely why she dares to play with ii. For the style's centenary, she reimagined a part of our showroom, demonstrating how relevant Art Deco is today. The space feels familiar, yet surprisingly contemporary. Het approach shows how, through unexpected combinations and subtle shifts in profiles, a familiar style can be given a new, contemporary layer.
AurƩlie drew inspiration from Belgian heritage such as the Palais Stoclet, Villa Empain and the Van Buuren Museum, but gave each element a new twist. A skirting board used upside down, a cornice appearing as a frame, or a wall pannel becoming a star-shaped sculpture. Her approach doesn't have to be strict. It offers room for experiment.
